I agree with you 100 % but what about the white people who voted for him. People only saw what they wanted to see. Fox news wouldn't have been able to say all those comments about him Association with Acorn, terrorists,Radicals if they weren't true there would be slander suits;but I also see it like this if this is God's will then it must be done to fullfill prophecy;and we shouldn't question God. We need to refer to our Bibles daily so we are not deceived in the last days False Messiahs who claim to walk in light doing miracles . Read Revelation ask God for understanding. Pray for our leaders. May God make a speedy return. God loves you so do I.

I think your article, overall, is very good. I agree with much of what you have written. However, I have a number of black "Christian"* friends (several of which are some of my best friends). In thinking about sending such an article to blacks (especially friends), it might be better received if the article acknowledged the likelihood that some white "Christians" probably voted for him, too. (I know several that said they would be voting for him). Along that line, the article could have spoken some to the "Christian" community as a whole.

Understanding that you are (as I am) disheartened that people would vote based, in large part (if not entirely), on race, I see the thought behind the article. I do think, however, it might be better received if it catered to "Christians" as a whole. (We all know the sensitivity of some blacks as it relates to "playing the race card" and genuine people/ feelings can be misunderstood if we are not careful how we outline those thoughts/ feelings.

All the best to you and God bless America! Pray for President-elect Obama!

* Matthew 7:21-23 (NIV) reads, 21"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' 23Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'" Accordingly, not all who call themselves "Christians" will make it to Heaven (or really are "Christians" -- followers of Christ -- at all).

Very good summarization of how the "election" went. It's a shame when people who are supposed to be Christians vote against everything Christ represents just because of "color."

Well, sin is colored, too. And "we reap whatever we sow."

I've prayed "God have mercy on us," over and over. There had to be a spirit of deception at work in this election.
