OK, OK. It’s a provocative title. But I’m not making this up. According to the latest report, the Environmental Protection Agency is seriously considering a $175 PER HEAD tax on cattle in order to offset the costs of global warming.
That’s right. A manmade theory about a supposedly manmade crisis is about to raise the cost of your beef, milk, cheese and any other dairy related product.
You can read the full story here. Then you should pick up the phone and call your Representative or Senator. Let them know that you disapprove of the way the EPA is taxing your food source.
If you think that it will stop here, you’re the crazy one. Eventually, they will want to add a poot tax to dogs, cats, zoos and, yes, my friend, probably you. After all, there’s nothing like a good pot of pinto beans and some cabbage to reduce our planet to tatters.
If this IS enacted, someone needs to reject the tax and sue based on a lack of scientific evidence that this is indeed man made and is not a global, historical cycle.
For the EPA’s benefit, I have a better idea than taxing cow poots: tax government agencies, regulators and the majority of the nation’s politicians. Every time they open their mouths, they spew emissions which are far more harmful to this planet and this country’s welfare than a cow, dog or Uncle Frank ever will.
What do you think?
And what will you do or have you done to combat this lunacy?
