George Tiller of Wichita, Kansas is one step closer to jail thanks to recent action by the court system in the state. Tiller is accused of performing abortions on unborn infants past the time allowed by state law. He is also accused of using other doctors with whom he had a relationship or financial arrangement to give a second opinion on abortions, even though this is against the law.
