In the police brutality category, we have a video of Deputy Paul Schene attacking a 15 year old girl because she (quote) “was lippy” with him.

Wow. That’s all it takes for a nearly 200 pound man to jump on a defenseless girl, yank her down by her hair, punch her, handcuff her, and then pull her up by her hair?

Paul Schene is charged with protecting and serving the public. Any time he or an officer like him crosses the line, punishment should be swift and severe. A judge somewhere should give the girl 10 minutes at him with a broom handle while he is handcuffed to a chair. Then put him in a jail cell.

Yes, police officers undergo a lot of stress. Yes, they put their lives on the line. Thank you to one and all for those who protect and serve day in and day out with little thanks. But this is inexcusable.
