Is it just me, or does anyone else find it odd that when an American pastor plans to burn a Koran (the Muslim holy book), politicians, military and others go out of their way to denounce the man as an intolerant hateful hypocrite.  But when Muslims worldwide actually DO burn Bibles (Christian holy book), the American flag (symbol of our republic) and anything else close by, there is ZERO mention of this?

Why is this?

I can think of only a few reasons:

1) They are afraid of angering the Muslims.  Could arise from fear of losing oil, investment money, etc. or fear of a terrorist reprisal.

2) They EXPECT the Muslims to act like this because of, well, history and an established behavioral pattern.

3) They are simply playing favorites.

There aren’t too many other options to my knowledge.

Any Muslims out there want to touch this one?  How can you burn a Bible and then show anger at someone who burns a Koran?  Just curious.
